Postpartum Workshop

Join Women’s Coaching Specialist and Postnatal Personal Trainer Michele Moore for a supportive and informative Postpartum Workshop focused on deep core rehabilitation and pelvic floor recovery. This session is designed to help you understand the changes your body goes through after childbirth and how to support your healing journey with confidence and care. You’ll learn essential strategies for safely rebuilding your core strength, restoring pelvic floor function, and preventing common postpartum issues like incontinence, diastasis recti, and lower back pain.
Whether you're newly postpartum or further along in your recovery, this workshop will give you the tools, knowledge, and encouragement to reconnect with your body and regain strength from the inside out.
Note: Women 18+ Only Class
This class is designed specifically for women and includes discussion of sensitive female health topics. To help maintain a comfortable environment for everyone, we kindly ask that children not attend. Nursing infants are welcome. Thank you for your understanding.
