Michele believes exercise is fundamental to living a well-balanced life, and truly enjoys helping people. Whether in group fitness classes or in personal training, Michele’s goal is to help you develop a healthier, happier you.  Michele trains with a focus on functional fitness for better strength, endurance, agility, and flexibility.  Michele believes that exercise, nutrition, and mental health all play a part in you accomplishing your goals.  Michele will help you to know the proper health and fitness techniques to incorporate exercise into daily living.  She strives to make each workout a challenging and learning experience, ensuring you have proper form and an understanding of the benefits.  She is here to motivate you to unlock your physical potential.  Michele’s love of fitness started at a young age with sports and gymnastics.  After having children, she found a love for running and has competed in half marathons and the Bakken X Trek.
