I prefer to train with groups. I teach many of the high intensity classes including cycle, boot camp, and power 45. I teach a variety of workouts from HIIT to Pilates and function movements. I believe that a mixture of all different styles of training is needed for a well balanced fitness level. I love to work with other trainers to help them achieve their full potential, I also love to learn and grow from other trainers. There is nothing better than working as a team. I run and oversee many programs and group fitness at WPRD and love to watch the growth in everyone that has participated. I care very much about being apart of this amazing community.
