Specialties: Functional movement, balance & mobility training, Pilates, cycle, HIIT cardio based training. 

​I prefer to train with groups. I teach many of the high intensity classes including cycle, boot camp, total fitness fusion and power 45. I teach a variety of workouts from HIIT to Pilates and functional movements. I believe that a mixture of all different styles of training are needed for a well balanced fitness level. I love to work with other trainers to help them achieve their full potential, I also love to learn and grow from other trainers. There is nothing better than working as a team. I oversee the fitness department here at the ARC. I care very much about being apart of this amazing community.
