Teen Fit: Endurance and Agility

Teen Fit: Endurance & Agility is designed to boost athletic performance and overall fitness in a safe, fun, and challenging environment. Teens will train with two certified fitness professionals who specialize in developing speed, agility, stamina, balance, and coordination. Each session incorporates a mix of plyometrics, calisthenics, cardio, and light to moderate weight training.
Classes include a variety of exercises and drills that focus on proper form while building strength and endurance. Every session concludes with mandatory stretching to help prevent muscle soreness and reduce the risk of injury.
