This is a non-impact, high-energy cycling adventure. It will take you through hill climbs, sprints, jumps, pacing and interval training. You will also learn proper cycling technique and positioning for the most optimal workout designed to challenge your endurance and increase your cardiovascular health. Beginner level options available.

Classes are led by Rhonda LudlumCassidy Lindquist,  Emily O'RearHope Nauman and Jessica Beyer
