Aquacise is exercise performed in the water and especially in shallow water. Jogging or doing resistance training exercises in the pool provides a lot of strength and toning for muscles without the wear and tear on your joints.

SILVERSNEAKERS® SPLASH with Karen and Sandy is a fun, shallow-water exercise class that uses different intensity options. Splash is suitable for all skill levels and is safe for non-swimmers. The pool provides many benefits when used for aerobic exercise and resistance training.
