Power 45

This class is a full body workout that incorporates strength training, functional movement, cardio and HIIT training to tone, sculpt and energize you. Each class is different and designed to keep your body guessing.

**Monday and Wednesday evening classes are beginner friendly- The instructor will teach modifications and variations of all exercises as needed. This class is geared for all levels.**
