Williston Parks and Recreation District is seeking passionate and dedicated coaches for Legion Baseball.

Williston Keybirds Assistant Coach (2 positions available):

• Travel across North Dakota during the summer to games, including a trip to Helena, using team-provided bus transportation.
• Season schedule of roughly 40-45 games.
• Regular practices throughout the season.
• Compensation based on experience, with per diem included.

Williston Oilers Head Coach and Assistant Coach:

• Travel across North Dakota during the summer to games, using team-provided bus transportation.
• Season schedule of roughly 40 games.
• Regular practices throughout the season.
• Compensation based on experience, with per diem included.

Head Coach Responsibilities:

• Oversee all team operations throughout the season.
• Plan and lead practices, develop players, and guide game strategy.
• Mentor staff and cultivate a positive, supportive team culture.
• Bring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Inspire athletes through coaching, mentorship, and sportsmanship.
