Facility reservations may be cancelled with a full refund 48 hours or more in advance. Within 48 hours of reservation, the WPRD refund policy will be enforced.
Refunds:
100% refund if cancelled 2 weeks in advance of reservation.
50% refund if cancelled more than 2 weeks of reservation beginning.
No refunds will be given on any missed reservations.
