The Williston Parks & Recreation District (WPRD) is seeking qualified bidders for a improvement project at Spring Lake Park, including roadway construction consisting of excavation, placement of aggregate base course, hot mix asphalt paving, and installation of storm culverts. Project Overview

The Spring Lake Park Improvement Project will upgrade the existing gravel road leading to the overlook by constructing a new paved roadway. This work will include excavation, placement of a new aggregate base, and asphalt paving to create a smoother and more durable surface. Once the project is complete, the improved roadway will provide safer and more reliable access for visitors. These upgrades will make it easier for the public to reach and enjoy this area of the park, including the frisbee golf course and the scenic overlook.
