The Williston Parks & Recreation District (WPRD), a North Dakota political subdivision, is currently reviewing all sealed bids from qualified vendors for the purchase of one (1) mid-size wheel loader to support District operations.

Project Overview

WPRD is seeking bids for a mid-size wheel loader to support park, golf course, snow removal, and municipal operations. Equipment must meet technical and condition standards, with pricing, warranty, and service support required. Award goes to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, ensuring reliable equipment for quality community parks and programs.

Timeline

• IFB Issued: March 7
• Bids Due: March 23 at 11:59am/CT
• Public Bid Opening: March 23 at 12:00pm/CT
  • Williston ARC in the Jordy Larvik Board Room
• Award Date: March 24 at the WPRD Park Board meeting.

 

Note: WPRD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all items therein, to waive any irregularities or technicalities, and to contract in the best interests of WPRD. Responses shall remain valid and subject to acceptance at any time within sixty (60) days after the submission deadline, unless a longer period of time is mutually agreed upon by the parties.
