The Williston Parks & Recreation District (WPRD) is currently reviewing all Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified architectural firms to provide professional design services for new vertical facilities associated with the Williston Municipal Golf Course Renovation Project.

Project Overview

WPRD is undertaking a major renovation and expansion of the Williston Municipal Golf Course, including expansion from 9 holes to 18 holes. The project includes extensive site work, infrastructure improvements, and construction of multiple new vertical facilities.

Construction Timeline

• Bids Due: March 9, 2026 – 12:00pm/CT
• Through Labor Day 2026: Golf course remains operational
• Post–Labor Day 2026: Course closure to accommodate major construction activities
• 2027: Full construction season with course fully closed
• 2028: Project completion and grand reopening of the Williston Municipal Golf Course
