Cycle & Sculpt

Class with start with a 30 minute cycle ride then finish with a 30 minute Pilates mat workout. 

Cycle: This is a non-impact, high-energy cycling adventure. It will take you through hill climbs, sprints, jumps, pacing and interval training. You will also learn proper cycling technique and positioning for the most optimal 

Sculpt: will intensify each pose and exercise with high repetitions and low weight load. Each class is designed to build lean and tone muscles using dumbbells', resistance bands, and much more. This class will mix strength-training and cardio moves to boost your metabolism. Some classes will be Pilates based and focus on postural alignment while strengthening and balancing muscles around the spine, core, hips and glutes.
