Join Williston Parks and Recreation for our Adult Flag Football League! This nonrunning, noncontact league offers a fun and competitive way to stay active and enjoy the game. Purposeful contact will not be tolerated. Games are played with an intermediate size football, and teams must have at least five participants, with no more than seven players on the field at one time.

There are no gender requirements for team rosters. A touchdown pass from a female quarterback to a male or female receiver is worth nine points, while a touchdown pass from a male quarterback to a male receiver is worth seven points. Gather your team and come play with us!
