Youth Boot Camp is a fun, high-energy program led by a certified fitness instructor. Kids participate in games, exercises, and activities that build strength, confidence, and teamwork. Each session combines fitness, wellness education, and social interaction to boost self-esteem and encourage healthy habits. Perfect for all children looking to stay active and develop lifelong wellness skills.
