Women and Weights focuses on mastering proper technique for essential lifts while building both strength and confidence. Sessions combine effective programming and practical strategies with hands-on instruction, emphasizing power, endurance, and mobility. Participants will train using free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, and squat racks, all within a supportive environment designed to help women challenge themselves and grow stronger every session.

Classes will be held in the cage on the lower track.
