To help operate our concessions, we are seeking support from local user groups.

What is in it for you? User Groups will receive compensation for working concessions. Payment will be a minimum of $400 or 50% of the net profit generated during their assigned shift, whichever is higher. This means that regardless of sales performance, User Groups are guaranteed a minimum payment of $400, with the potential to earn more if the concession sales generate higher profits. Payment will be issued by check and will follow the WPRD payroll schedule.

If your group is interested in participating, you may now register by completing this form. Groups are welcome to sign up for as many dates as they'd like; however, dates are not guaranteed until a signed contract is received.

Once we receive your request, Jacqueline Lilley will send you a detailed email outlining the next steps. You will then have seven days to complete and return the contract. Original contracts must be dropped off at the Williston ARC Front Desk, they cannot be sent digitally. If the contract is not returned within that timeframe, your selected dates will be released and made available to other groups. Please note that all shifts available on a first-come, first-served basis.

NOTE: While we are optimistic about opening on July 15, please be aware that in the event of a delay in Williston Water World's opening, any scheduled concession dates will canceled.
