"CONFIDENT" is a 4 week introductory program that includes your own personal trainer who will instruct your workouts using a variety of equipment and exercises. Please email michele@wprd.us for questions or more info!
We also have a "REMOTE Personal Training Package" if you need help at home.

We are so proud to introduce our staff here at the ARC! Their dedication and qualifications create results with their clients!

FITNESS ASSESSMENT:
A Fitness Assessment is required for each participant before their first session. The Assessment includes Body Composition, which calculates body fat. Additional Assessment and Body Composition Calculations may be scheduled to track progress.

DISCOUNTS:
You will receive a 10% Discount if you book and pay for 6 or more sessions at a time. You can also take advantage of a discount when you decide to do your Personal Training Session with 1 or more friends. You choose what works for you the best!
