Registering for Weekly Kids Camps: A Step-by-Step Guide
Submit an Inquiry Form
- Start by completing the inquiry form to express your interest.
Set Up Your Account
- Once the initial inquiry form is submitted, you’ll receive an invitation to create an account in ChildPilot within 3 business days from the Kids Camp Manager.
- Follow the instructions in the invitation to set up your account.
- Download the "ChildPilot Parent Portal" from your App Store.
Access the Parent Portal
- After your account is set-up and the App is downloaded, log in to the parent portal to proceed.
Reserve Your Camp Weeks
- In the parent portal, look for hamburger menu on the upper right-hand corner and tap on it.
- Select "Attendance Reservations"
- Tap on "Add Attendance Reservations" on the bottom of the screen.
- Select the Child you would like to make the reservation for and tap next.
- Choose the appropriate camp and tap next.
- Tap on the Camp(s) you would like to attend and tap next.
- Leave any notes that may be important for staff to know about your child and tap next.
- Review the information for the camp(s) your child will be attending.
- Tap "Make Reservations" to confirm placement.
- Tap close on the calendar screen on the upper left head corner.
- To review camps you registered for, tap on "Billing" and review.
Review Your Invoice
- Once your reservation is confirmed, an invoice for the Camp(s) will be generated.
- To view them, tap on "Billing" on the bottom of the screen.
Make a Payment
- Tap on "Billing" on the bottom of the screen.
- Tap "Make Payment" and follow the prompts to complete your payment.
That is it!
