RFQ_WMGC Renovation_Vertical Structures CMAR
Project Overview
WPRD is undertaking a comprehensive renovation and expansion of the Williston Municipal Golf Course (WMGC), including expansion from 9 holes to 18 holes. The project includes construction of multiple vertical facilities and associated site improvements.
The selected CMAR will provide both preconstruction and construction services and will coordinate closely with the Owner, design team, and other contractors.
Vertical Facilities Include:
- Overall Building Area (~15,000 SF):
- Clubhouse (~8,500 SF) with dining, bar, event space, kitchen, and support areas
- Cart storage and lower-level facility (~6,500 SF)
- Maintenance facility and equipment storage
- Irrigation pump station and associated structures
- Driving range building/enclosure
- Public restroom facilities
- Primary and overflow parking areas
- Associated site improvements tied to vertical construction
All horizontal golf course work (irrigation, grading, utilities, and course infrastructure) will be performed under a separate CMAR contract.
Timeline
- RFQ Issued: May 2, 2026
- Pre-Proposal Meeting: May 11, 2026
- SOQ Deadline: May 25, 2026-12:00pm/CT
- Interviews (if applicable): June 8-12, 2026
- Selection Recommendation: June 16, 2026
- Anticipated GMP Submission: July 20, 2026
- 2026 Golf Season: Design and preconstruction services
- Post-Labor Day 2026: Course closure and start of major construction
- 2027: Full construction season
- Summer 2028: Project completion and reopening

Note: WPRD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all items therein, to waive any irregularities or technicalities, and to contract in the best interests of WPRD. Responses shall remain valid and subject to acceptance at any time within sixty (60) days after the submission deadline, unless a longer period of time is mutually agreed upon by the parties.
