The Future of Crosswinds Golf Course

For generations, the Williston Municipal Golf Course, affectionately known as "The Muni," has been a place where residents and visitors gather to enjoy the outdoors, spend time with family and friends, and experience the game of golf. As one of Williston's most cherished recreational assets, the course has created lasting memories and served golfers of all ages and skill levels.

Now, as the course undergoes a complete transformation, a new name and identity are taking shape. Introducing Crosswinds Golf Course! While the name and look may be new, Crosswinds will remain a municipal golf course, proudly owned and operated by Williston Parks & Recreation District.

Currently under construction, the entire property is being redesigned into a new 18-hole golf destination, complete with new fairways, greens, infrastructure, a clubhouse, and additional facilities. This is much more than simply adding nine new holes. It is a complete transformation designed to elevate the golfing experience while preserving the welcoming atmosphere that has made the course a community favorite. Crosswinds is anticipated to reopen in July 2028.

This project represents a significant investment in the future of recreation in Williston, creating expanded opportunities for play, attracting visitors, and ensuring Crosswinds remains a valued community destination for generations to come.

NOTE: While Pavers are intended to provide long lasting recognition, pavers may require replacement, relocation, or modification over time due to weather, maintenance activities, facility improvements, construction projects, repairs, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event a paver is impacted, the Williston Parks & Recreation Foundation will make every reasonable effort to preserve, replace, or relocate the recognition in a manner consistent with the intent of the original contribution.

This opportunity allows a business, organization, or individual to be associated with what will become one of the region's premier public golf destinations while helping support its future success.

As the course transitions into a fully renovated 18 hole facility, this naming opportunity provides lasting visibility and recognition for a project that will serve residents and visitors for generations.

Facility Naming is offered as a term naming rights agreement.

 

All naming rights are subject to Foundation and District approval. Multi-year pledge commitments are available. Naming opportunities are awarded on a first-committed basis and are subject to availability.
