My favorite thing about training is watching my clients surprise themselves and see their confidence grow. I am a strong believer that fitness is for everyone, people may just struggle with figuring out what type of fitness they enjoy. My goal with personal training is helping my clients gain enough knowledge that they can eventually move on from working with me and be successful training on their own. It is such a joy to see my past clients working hard in the gym knowing I had a small part in their journey.
