Adult Swim Fit

This comprehensive swimming program is designed for individuals of all experience levels, from beginners looking to build confidence in the water to seasoned athletes aiming to refine their technique. Participants will work on improving stroke efficiency, endurance, and overall swimming performance through a structured mix of drills, workouts, and personalized feedback.
In addition to general skill development, the program is tailored to support those training for triathlons by focusing on open-water readiness, pacing strategies, and building the stamina needed for race day success.
Whether your goal is to become a stronger, more efficient swimmer or to gain a competitive edge in triathlon events, this program offers the guidance and training to help you get there.
We offer a walk-in rate of $7.50 for those who do not want to commit to the whole program.
