Please see the agenda for the Annual Special Park Board Meeting (Retreat) for the Williston Parks & Recreation District. This meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, November 20, 2025, and will be held in the Jordy Larvick Board Room at the ARC, beginning at 5:30 p.m.

This once-a-year meeting is now a regular WPRD practice to ensure effective and efficient communication among key stakeholders regarding current operations and future planning efforts.

In consideration of the growth ahead for the District, WPRD has contracted Pros Consulting to lead a Strategic Growth Consultation. Having previously partnered with WPRD on the Parks & Facilities Master Plan (led by Interstate Engineering), PROS Consulting will guide a process designed to ensure that WPRD continues to grow effectively, efficiently, and responsibly. This consultation will place particular emphasis on the June 10th funding renewal, and the long-term Capital Projects Plan released earlier this last summer.

For efficiency, this meeting will also serve as a joint workshop for both the WPRD Board of Commissioners and the WPRD Foundation Board members and will be facilitated by PROS Consulting.

There will be no executive session at this meeting. It will not be livestreamed, but it will remain an open meeting — media representatives and community members are welcome to attend and observe at their discretion.
