Fitness Orientation: All patrons in invited to take advantage of a brief tour of our fitness department. To do this, simply send an email to fitness@wprd.us to schedule a 15-minute session. Our fitness staff would be more than happy to guide you through the equipment and give you a quick glimpse of what we have to offer!
Personal Training Orientation: Interested in learning how to use the equipment in our fitness center but need one-on-one attention to get started? Register for our Personal Trainer Orientation today. During this, you will receive (3) 30-minute sessions with a trainer for $90. They will show you how to properly use our fitness department and give you the information you need to succeed on your fitness journey. Afterwards, if you would like to continue personal training, register and get a free $40 Fitness Consultation.
