"With over 15 years of training /teaching experience I bring education and enthusiasm to classes and sessions. I want my participants to know why they are doing what they are doing and how it will benefit them. My workouts have purpose, whether it be for strength, cardio, functional movement or just plain old fun; there is reason to what I am doing with you".

I am passionate about health and fitness because it is life. Moving and taking care of your body affects so many other areas such as your moods, self-esteem, energy levels and sleep.  Helping others achieve a healthier, happier, more balanced life is why I love to train.

Rhonda Floyd- Fitness and Wellness Manager

I prefer to train with groups. I teach many of the high intensity classes including cycle, boot camp, and power 45. I teach a variety of workouts from HIIT to Pilates and function movements. I believe that a mixture of all different styles of training is needed for a well balanced fitness level. I love to work with other trainers to help them achieve their full potential, I also love to learn and grow from other trainers. There is nothing better than working as a team. I run and oversee many programs and group fitness at WPRD and love to watch the growth in everyone that has participated. I care very much about being apart of this amazing community.

Michele believes exercise is fundamental to living a well-balanced life, and truly enjoys helping people. Whether in group fitness classes or in personal training, Michele’s goal is to help you develop a healthier, happier you.  Michele trains with a focus on functional fitness for better strength, endurance, agility, and flexibility.  Michele believes that exercise, nutrition, and mental health all play a part in you accomplishing your goals.  Michele will help you to know the proper health and fitness techniques to incorporate exercise into daily living.  She strives to make each workout a challenging and learning experience, ensuring you have proper form and an understanding of the benefits.  She is here to motivate you to unlock your physical potential.  Michele’s love of fitness started at a young age with sports and gymnastics.  After having children, she found a love for running and has competed in half marathons and the Bakken X Trek.

I have been doing Pink Gloves Boxing since 2011 and became a trainer for that in 2012. It helped me realize that I love to help other achieve their goals with their fitness. This led me to pursuing my Personal Trainer's license 3 years ago.

I am a little more laid back but can push you to your max when needed. I have a few different styles of training from boxfit to HIIT to weights and cardio. I love learning about the why you do what you do and how it is functional for your daily living.  I love seeing you push yourself harder than you thought you could and achieving a goal!!

I use a hybrid training style that combines different training methods to achieve the client’s goals, which can change over time. I’ve worked with people from age 3-93; athletes and non-athletes, from all walks of life. It gives me great joy to see someone become comfortable in their own skin and develop confidence where it may have been lacking before. Being strong is empowering, and I want to share that.

I My favorite thing about training is watching my clients surprise themselves and see their confidence grow. I am a strong believer that fitness is for everyone, people may just struggle with figuring out what type of fitness they enjoy. My goal with personal training is helping my clients gain enough knowledge that they can eventually move on from working with me and be successful training on their own. It is such a joy to see my past clients working hard in the gym knowing I had a small part in their journey.
