Jasmine Ritamaki

Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion, NASM Certified Personal Trainer

Specialties: I am fairly new to the fitness industry and open to new challenges!

I love to train with the intention of building a long lasting relationship with exercise. For me this means starting with the basics to build a strong foundation and a focus on core strength and joint satibility for injury prevention. It also means finding a way to truly make exercise enjoyable and something to look forward to. I've seen what a huge impact my personal fitness journey has had in my life especially once I found the joy in exercising and I am honored to be able to help others with this.
