Michele believes exercise is fundamental to living a well-balanced life, and truly enjoys helping people. Whether in group fitness classes or in personal training, Michele’s goal is to help you develop a healthier, happier you.  Michele trains with a focus on functional fitness for better strength, endurance, agility, and flexibility.  Michele believes that exercise, nutrition, and mental health all play a part in you accomplishing your goals.  Michele will help you to know the proper health and fitness techniques to incorporate exercise into daily living.  She strives to make each workout a challenging and learning experience, ensuring you have proper form and an understanding of the benefits.  She is here to motivate you to unlock your physical potential.  Michele’s love of fitness started at a young age with sports and gymnastics.  After having children, she found a love for running and has competed in half marathons and the Bakken X Trek.

My favorite thing about training is watching my clients surprise themselves and see their confidence grow. I am a strong believer that fitness is for everyone, people may just struggle with figuring out what type of fitness they enjoy. My goal with personal training is helping my clients gain enough knowledge that they can eventually move on from working with me and be successful training on their own. It is such a joy to see my past clients working hard in the gym knowing I had a small part in their journey.

I use a hybrid training style that combines different training methods to achieve the client’s goals, which can change over time. I’ve worked with people from age 3-93; athletes and non-athletes, from all walks of life. It gives me great joy to see someone become comfortable in their own skin and develop confidence where it may have been lacking before. Being strong is empowering, and I want to share that.

I have been doing Pink Gloves Boxing since 2011 and became a trainer for that in 2012. It helped me realize that I love to help other achieve their goals with their fitness. This led me to pursuing my Personal Trainer's license 3 years ago.

I am a little more laid back but can push you to your max when needed. I have a few different styles of training from boxfit to HIIT to weights and cardio. I love learning about the why you do what you do and how it is functional for your daily living.  I love seeing you push yourself harder than you thought you could and achieving a goal!!
