Registration

Registration
All program registrations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis at the Parks & Recreation Office in the Community Center.  (No telephone registrations accepted)

 

Registration Reminders
Participants must fall within the age or grade requirement by programs beginning date.
Participants are not registered until payment is received
Registration forms are available at the Parks & Recreation office.

 

Fees
Fees must be paid at the time of registration to assure a reservation.  Team activities fee and all other fees due according to deadlines under each individual activity.  Fees will be accepted as follows:  Check, Visa, Mastercard, Money Order or Cashier's Check.  ACTIVITY ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE.

 

Activity Assistance
Adjusted rates are available for recreation programs for youth grade 12 and below for qualified families. For additional information, contact the Parks & Recreation Office at 577-5141.

 

Early/Late Registration Fees
Make sure to register by the early registration deadline to take advantage of reduced rates.  Registration fees will increase after the registration deadline by $10.00 for youth programs and $25.00 for an adult team.

 

Credit Policy
A 100% Credit is available if you withdraw from a program before it begins.  Registration fees will not be refunded once the activity has begun, with the exception of a medical reason.  


Program Visitation Policy
Visitors of class participants in individual adult programs may be permitted to take part in a program if a form is signed at the Parks & Recreation office and there is enough room in the class.  Each class member is allowed one participating visitor per session.  Adult visitors may come and watch a program at any time provided they do not disrupt the class.  Example: Aerobics, Cardio Vascular Workout, Weight Lifting.
